Description

What is the Paulstradyn SE110 anti-vibration mount?

The Paulstradyn SE110 is a Hutchinson Paulstra rubber anti-vibration mount designed to reduce the transmission of vibrations generated by industrial machinery and equipment.

When correctly sized, it provides vibration attenuation greater than 90% at 1,500 rpm (25 Hz) and ensures effective isolation in both axial and radial directions.

Axial natural frequency: 7 Hz at nominal load.
Radial natural frequency: 3 to 5.5 Hz.
Maximum travel: 12 mm axially and ± 10 mm radially.
Operating temperature: -20 °C to +70 °C.

What are the advantages of the Paulstradyn?

✅ High-performance vibration isolation: vibration attenuation greater than 90% at 25 Hz.

✅ High-performance and consistent range: several nominal load ratings are available to suit different types of equipment.

✅ Stabilised characteristics: low dynamic stiffening and reduced creep thanks to the SILTECH® compound.

✅ Excellent mechanical resistance: good high-frequency dynamic behaviour, fatigue resistance and shock resistance.

✅ Easy installation: design suitable for fixed industrial installations.

✅ Corrosion protection: salt spray resistance of up to 500 hours when installed in accordance with Paulstra recommendations.

What applications is the Paulstradyn suitable for?

The Paulstradyn mount is designed for the anti-vibration isolation of stationary equipment. It is particularly suitable for rotating machinery, technical equipment and installations sensitive to vibrations.

How to choose the right Paulstradyn part number?

The choice of part number mainly depends on the static load applied to each mount. The nominal load CN corresponds to the nominal static compression load in the axial direction of the mount.

Key point: the unloaded height B is 40 mm. Under nominal load, the stabilised height is approximately 32 mm.

B*: unloaded height 40 mm, 32 mm under load.

CN: nominal static compression load in the axial direction of the mount.

The natural frequencies indicated apply to the maximum loads within the operating ranges.

What are the anti-vibration performance characteristics of the Paulstradyn?

The vibration attenuation characteristics and height under nominal load are stabilised values measured after one month under load at 20 °C.

Axial natural frequency: 7 Hz at nominal load.
Radial natural frequency: 3 to 5.5 Hz.
Maximum axial travel: 12 mm.
Maximum radial travel: ± 10 mm.

How should the Paulstradyn mount be installed?

To maintain the performance of the mount and ensure correct load distribution, installation must comply with Paulstra recommendations.

Paulstradyn installation with protective cap

The base of the suspended machine must have a dimension greater than diameter M indicated in the installation table.
The fixed structure must have a dimension greater than the length F of the mount.
Use a suitable Ø C fixing screw.
A washer must always be fitted between the screw head or nut and the Paulstradyn.

Fasteners: minimum grade 6.6.

Recommended tightening torques

Diameter M	M6	M8	M10	M12
Tightening torque	2 N·m	5 N·m	12 N·m	20 N·m

Important: do not paint the mounts after installation.
