What is the SE122 anti-vibration mounting?

The Hutchinson Paulstra SE122 is an extra-low-profile anti-vibration machine foot designed to withstand high static and dynamic loads.

Made from AISI 316 stainless steel, it is particularly suitable for demanding industrial environments and can be installed without floor fixing.

Material: 100 % AISI 316 stainless steel.
Natural frequency: from 15 to 18 Hz.
Static load: up to 2,000 daN.
Dynamic compression load: 3 g.
Maximum amplitude at resonance: ± 0.4 mm.
Installation: without floor fixing.
Manufactured in: France.

How to choose your SE122 mounting?

The choice of SE122 mainly depends on the load supported by each mounting and the thread required for adjustment.

PDM-1000-01-M12: load from 200 to 1,000 daN, M12 thread.
PDM-1000-01-M16: load from 200 to 1,000 daN, M16 thread.
PDM-2000-01-M16: load from 800 to 2,000 daN, M16 thread.

Important: distribute the total weight of the machine between the different mountings to determine the load applied to each foot.

SE50AL-ML Alveolar foam

The SE50AL-ML foam is an alveolar acoustic foam made up of polyurethane (2,000x1400 mm) and which is 50mm thick (a 20 mm heel/30 mm spikes). A PVC heavy mass (5 Kg/m2) is stuck between the foam and the adhesive in order to improve its transmission performances.
