Gripsol Agro 11: anti-vibration pad for food-processing facilities
The Gripsol Agro 11 is a self-gripping vibration-damping support designed to reduce the transmission of mechanical vibrations to floors and surrounding structures.
This NBR elastomer anti-vibration pad is designed for food-processing facilities, particularly where equipment may be exposed to animal fats.
With dimensions of 500 × 500 mm and a thickness of 11 mm, it can be positioned beneath equipment support points, provided that the loads and installation conditions have been assessed.
Its formulation is described as offering good resistance to animal fats. However, compatibility with processing fluids and cleaning products must be checked for each application.

Precautions in food-processing environments
The intended use of Gripsol Agro 11 in food-processing facilities does not by itself establish compliance for direct contact with every type of food. The regulatory requirements applicable to your installation must be checked according to the intended use.
Likewise, resistance to animal fats does not imply compatibility with all detergents, disinfectants, acids or other substances used on site. For specific applications, contact our technical team before selecting your support.
Applications of Gripsol Agro 11
Gripsol Agro 11 is intended for installations where food-processing conditions must be considered when selecting anti-vibration supports.
- Food-processing workshops: reducing equipment vibrations after checking the operating conditions.
- Packaging lines: vibration decoupling for suitable equipment according to the applied loads.
- Installations exposed to animal fats: selecting a formulation intended for this type of environment, subject to compatibility checks.
- Production plant rooms: limiting vibrations transmitted to floors and surrounding structures.
How to install Gripsol Agro 11?
Proper installation requires checking the actual applied loads, the support area and the site's cleaning and operating conditions.
1. Assess the load per support point
Determine the equipment weight, how it is distributed between the support points and the forces generated during operation.
2. Adjust the dimensions
Determine the required support area using validated technical data. Cutting with a sharp, high-quality utility knife is possible, although considerable effort may be needed depending on the material structure.
3. Position the supports
Prepare the supporting surfaces and follow the self-gripping procedure described in the installation instructions. Remove any protective films at the specified stage, then check the stability of the installation.
For more detailed technical characteristics and installation guidance, refer to the technical data sheet and Gripsol installation instructions available in the Documentation tab of this product page.

Other solutions for industrial vibration isolation
Depending on the loads, hygiene requirements, mechanical conditions or substances involved, other suspension technologies may be considered after assessing the application.
SE120 metal anti-vibration mounts
Our SE120 circular anti-vibration mounts, made from stainless steel wire, provide an alternative technology for certain industrial applications.
They may be considered where mechanical, thermal or chemical conditions require a different support type, subject to confirming their suitability for the environment.

Complementary acoustic and vibration isolation solutions
Vibration-damping supports can be combined with materials designed to reduce airborne noise or structure-borne vibration transmission in other parts of an installation.
Bitumen damping sheets
Our bitumen heavy mass sheets can help damp vibrations in certain components, including thin sheet metal and machine enclosures.
Resilient materials for vibration decoupling
To reduce vibration transmission through concrete slabs, machine bases and floors, several technical materials can complement anti-vibration supports according to the requirements of each installation.
