Gripsol Blue 11: anti-vibration pad for light industrial machinery
The Gripsol Blue 11 is a self-gripping vibration-damping support designed to reduce the transmission of mechanical vibrations to floors and surrounding structures.
This SBR / NBR elastomer anti-vibration pad is recommended for light industrial machinery, particularly equipment with rotating movements and low vibration amplitudes.
With a thickness of 11 mm, an acceptable load range of 0.5 to 8 kg/cm² and a natural frequency of 11 to 18 Hz, it provides vibration isolation for various applications, subject to appropriate sizing.
Gripsol Blue 11 is intended for dry or oily environments, including installations where occasional oil splashes may occur. However, compatibility with the oils and other fluids present must be checked according to the operating conditions.

Compression stress values and the acceptable load range are different technical characteristics. Proper sizing must take into account the support area, load distribution and actual operating conditions.
Important: compatibility with oils and chemicals
Gripsol Blue 11 is intended for installations in dry or oily environments. However, this does not guarantee compatibility with every fluid. Certain oils and chemical substances are listed among the material's limitations in its technical documentation.
Before using this support in applications involving regular exposure to oils, fuels, solvents or chemicals, we recommend contacting our technical team to check compatibility with your application.
Applications of Gripsol Blue 11
Gripsol Blue 11 is recommended for light industrial machinery, particularly rotating equipment with low vibration amplitudes.
- Milling machines and machine tools: reducing vibration transmission to floors and supporting structures.
- Rubber or plastic injection moulding machines: limiting mechanical stresses generated during operation.
- Compressors: damping vibrations produced by moving mechanical components.
- Generators: isolating vibrations transmitted to supporting structures.
- Saws and production equipment: reducing operating vibrations according to equipment loads and movements.
How to install Gripsol Blue 11?
Proper installation requires determining the actual applied loads, the necessary contact area and the installation conditions for the self-gripping support.
1. Calculate the load per support point
Determine the equipment weight and how it is distributed between the different support points, taking into account the forces generated during operation.
2. Adjust the dimensions
Determine the required contact area according to the permissible load. Cutting with a sharp, high-quality utility knife is possible, although considerable effort may be needed due to the material structure.
3. Position the supports
Prepare the supporting surfaces and follow the self-gripping procedure described in the installation instructions. Remove any protective films at the appropriate stage, where applicable, then check the stability of the installation.
