Gripsol Green 15: anti-vibration pad for presses and vertical impact machinery
The Gripsol Green 15 is a self-gripping vibration-damping support specifically designed to reduce the transmission of mechanical vibrations and impacts generated by equipment with vertical movements.
This CR / NBR elastomer anti-vibration pad is particularly suitable for cutting presses, stamping presses and shearing machines, where vertical dynamic loads must be taken into account.
With a thickness of 15 mm, an acceptable load range of 15 to 20 kg/cm² and an indicative natural frequency of 10 to 18 Hz, it provides a damping solution that must be correctly sized according to the actual forces and operating characteristics of the installation.
Gripsol Green 15 is intended for dry or oily environments. However, compatibility with the fluids present must be checked, particularly in applications involving regular contact with oils or chemicals.

The acceptable load range, compression stress values and dynamic forces are separate technical characteristics. Correct sizing must take into account the actual load distribution and the vertical forces generated during operation.
Important: compatibility with oils and chemicals
Gripsol Green 15 is intended for installations in dry or oily environments. However, this does not guarantee compatibility with every fluid. Its technical documentation identifies certain mineral, hydraulic and vegetable oils among its chemical limitations.
Before using this support in applications involving regular exposure to oils, fuels, solvents or other chemicals, we recommend contacting our technical team to check compatibility with your application.
Applications of Gripsol Green 15
Gripsol Green 15 is intended for equipment generating vertical impacts or dynamic forces. It is particularly suitable for applications requiring repeated mechanical impacts to be damped at the support points.
- Cutting presses: damping vertical impacts transmitted to supporting structures.
- Stamping presses: reducing repeated mechanical stresses transmitted to support points.
- Industrial shearing machines: limiting vibration transmission during cutting operations.
- Production equipment with vertical movements: isolating dynamic forces after checking loads and operating conditions.
How to install Gripsol Green 15?
For proper installation, it is essential to check the static and dynamic loads, the required contact area and the installation conditions of the self-gripping support.
1. Assess the load per support point
Determine the equipment weight and how it is distributed between the support points, taking into account the vertical forces generated during operating cycles.
2. Adjust the dimensions
Determine the required support area according to the selected sizing parameters. Cutting with a sharp, high-quality utility knife is possible, although considerable effort may be needed due to the structure of the material.
3. Position the supports
Prepare the supporting surfaces and follow the self-gripping procedure described in the installation instructions. Remove any protective films at the appropriate stage, where applicable, then check the stability of the assembly.
