Gripsol Red 11: anti-vibration pad for industrial machinery
The Gripsol Red 11 is a self-gripping vibration-damping pad designed to reduce the transmission of mechanical vibrations to floors and surrounding structures.
This SBR elastomer anti-vibration pad is suitable for medium-weight industrial machinery with linear or rotating movements, particularly in production workshops and technical installations.
With a thickness of 11 mm and a natural frequency of 10 to 18 Hz, it provides vibration isolation for various applications, provided that the supports are correctly sized for the applied loads.
Gripsol Red 11 is recommended for indoor use in dry, oil-free environments, with no oil present beneath the equipment.

Important: chemical compatibility
Gripsol Red 11 is intended for dry environments. Its elastomer formulation has limited resistance to mineral, hydraulic and vegetable oils, as well as certain solvents and chemicals.
For installations exposed to oils, discover Gripsol Blue 11, subject to checking compatibility with the fluids involved.
Applications of Gripsol Red 11
This vibration-damping support is recommended for medium-weight machinery operating indoors, with no oil present at the support points.
- Industrial fans: reducing vibrations transmitted to supporting structures.
- Pumps and pumping units: isolating mechanical vibrations generated during operation.
- Refrigeration units: limiting vibration transmission to floors and supporting surfaces.
- Packaging machinery: damping repeated mechanical movements.
- Lift machinery: suitable for certain installations after checking loads, vibration frequencies and operating requirements.
How to install Gripsol Red 11?
Proper installation requires calculating the applied loads and determining the appropriate support area beneath each machine support point.
1. Calculate the load per support point
Determine the equipment weight and how it is distributed between the different support points, taking operating loads into account.
2. Adjust the dimensions
Determine the required support area according to the permissible load. Cutting with a sharp, high-quality utility knife is possible, although the operation may require considerable effort. Follow the installation instructions and avoid contaminating the gripping surfaces.
3. Position the supports
Prepare the surfaces and follow the self-gripping installation procedure, removing any protective films at the appropriate stage. Position the pads and check the stability of the complete assembly.
For more detailed technical characteristics and installation recommendations, refer to the technical data sheet and Gripsol installation instructions available in the Documentation tab of this product page.
