What is the Minifix SE113 mounting?

The Paulstra Minifix SE113 anti-vibration mounting is a simple and economical machine foot comprising an elastomer base with a ribbed anti-slip surface.

Depending on the reference, a threaded stud or tapped hole provides secure mounting and allows precise levelling of the equipment.

The Minifix SE113 is available in two elastomer hardnesses: 50 ShA grey SBR and 80 ShA black nitrile. It is available with steel hardware or, for certain references, stainless steel hardware.

The choice of reference mainly depends on the load applied to each mounting, the elastomer hardness, the available dimensions and the required mounting type.

✅ 50 ShA – grey SBR: this version is designed for lower loads.

✅ 80 ShA – black nitrile: this version can support higher loads.

✅ Mounting: the Minifix is available with an M8, M10 or M12 threaded stud, as well as an M10 version with a tapped hole.

✅ Steel or stainless steel: reference 530805 is also available in a stainless steel version under reference 530806.

What load can a Minifix SE113 mounting support?

The operating range depends on the reference and the elastomer hardness. The loads shown correspond to the load applied to one mounting.

How do you install a Minifix mounting?

The Minifix is designed to provide simple installation and precise levelling of the equipment.

✅ Position the mountings: distribute the Minifix mountings under the various support points of the equipment.

✅ Respect the load range: each mounting must operate within the range corresponding to its reference and selected hardness.

✅ Adjust the level: adjust the mounting to obtain a stable and correctly positioned installation.

✅ Check floor contact: the ribbed surface of the elastomer base must rest correctly on the floor to maintain its anti-slip function.
